How do you deliver?

We make all of our products fresh on the day of booking and therefore, are unsuitable for overnight delivery. To keep our delicate creations looking and tasting delightful we hand-deliver within Bath and surrounding areas. 

We serve all BA (1-22 inclusive) postcodes. Pleas note delivery charges may vary. 

Unless customers consume items upon delivery, we strongly advise that products are kept refrigerated until consumption. 

When do you deliver?

Delivery is available every day apart from Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Our daily delivery times are between 9am and 5pm. Delivery before 11am for an additional cost of £12. 

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery cost is between £5.00-£35.00 depending on your location from our HQ in Central Bath. If you would like your product before 11am we can get this to you for an extra charge of £12. 

How do I choose delivery date and time?

At checkout you will be able to select your delivery date and time, we update this as regularly as possible with our availability. We can offer a delivery window of 1 hour, but if you have a specific time request please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

We are not in control of external factors such as traffic and travel diversions. We aim to meet delivery times but during exceptionally busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. 

How do I accept my delivery?

Customers need to be readily available at the property to receive the product. If parking costs are required to deliver your product, the client will need to reimburse Goodness Grazers for this.

What if I am not in to accept my delivery?

Delivery will be attempted, if no one is in, the package will be handed to a neighbour. Then, delivery will be left in a safe place. Goodness Grazers are not responsible for the product once it has been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
