How do I order?

Please order picnic boxes and platters online, if you have any specific requests please get in touch first. Our tables are only available for order via email. 

How do I lock in my booking?

All orders require full payment on booking.

What if I need to reschedule my booking?

Rescheduling - please give us at least 72 hours to reschedule your booking.

Customers can cancel orders within 2 hours after booking and receive a 100% refund. After this, we are unable to process cancellation refunds. 

For larger orders, if your order is cancelled three months (or more) before the date booked, we will issue a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds for cancellations within three months of the booking, only date changes if we are told well in advance and have the availability. If an event needs to be cancelled due to Covid-19 related issues the above still applies.

Do all grazing boxes/platters/tables look the same?

No two creations are the same! All of our produce is subject to seasonal availability. 

Can you cater for people with allergies?

Due to the nature of our service, we cannot guarantee that all foods are free of allergens. If you would like a product suited to your dietary requirements please just ask! Prices may vary.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £5-7.00 for central Bath, if you are outside of this area please enquire directly with us. Collection is free!
