How do I order?
Email us or use our online form - tell us what you want (picnic box, platter or grazing table), when you want it and where you want us to deliver (postcode please!). We will be in touch with further details.
How do I lock in my booking?
Grazing Tables - Your booking will be confirmed upon receiving a 50% deposit.
The remainder 50% is to be paid at least 48 hours in advance of the event.
Picnic Boxes & Platters - Payment will need to be made in full when booking has been confirmed.
Payment is by Bank Transfer.
What if I need to reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling - please give us at least 72 hours to reschedule your booking.
Cancellations - please give us as much notice as possible (at least 72 hours). We offer a 50% refund on cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance.
Do all grazing boxes/platters/tables look the same?
No two creations are the same! Although we can suggest themes - the produce may change due to seasons. If there is something specific you want - please just ask!
Can you cater for people with allergies?
Due to the nature of our service, we cannot guarantee that all foods are free of allergens. If you would like a grazing platter suited to your dietary requirements please just ask!
Prices may vary. We will send you our allergen information by email.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free in the immediate Bath area. Locations outside of this area will incur a delivery fee (based on 0.45p/mile).
In the unlikely instance where I may not be able to fulfil delivery and service, after accepting your booking, you will be entitled to a refund.
