How do I order?
Email us and tell us what you want, when you want it and where you want us to deliver and set up. We will be in touch with further details.
How do I lock in my booking?
Grazing Platters - Your booking will be confirmed upon receiving a 50% deposit (at least 48 hours before your event). We then come to your workplace/home/event and set up to ensure we provide you with the freshest ingredients.
The remainder 50% to be paid on the day of service/delivery.
Picnic Boxes - Payment will need to be made in full when booking has been confirmed.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations - We cannot provide refunds on cancellations. We hope you can appreciate the planning that has to go into each Grazing Platter which requires advanced ordering. Date changes are accepted 72 hours notice prior to service.
Do all platters look the same?
No two platters are the same! Although we can suggest themes - the produce may change due to seasons. If there is something specific you want - please inquire, we have some great suppliers who can work some magic.
Can you cater for people with allergies?
Due to the nature of our service, we cannot guarantee that all foods are free of allergens. If you would like a grazing platter suited to your dietary requirements please touch base and we will provide options to suit you. Prices may vary. Our produce is handled in a kitchen that also serves milk products, nuts, seeds and gluten.
How much is delivery?
Delivery - We provide a set up and delivery service. Delivery is free for Grazing Platters in the immediate Bath area. Locations outside of this area may incur a transport fee. A small delivery fee will incur for delivery of Picnic Boxes.
In the unlikely instance where I may not be able to fulfil delivery and service, after accepting your booking, you will be entitled to a refund.
